Mechanical Design Projects

I spent all of around 3 years perfecting the craft of modeling, analyzing, and manufacturing the perfect CO2 powered dragster. The result - Runner-Up at the Technology Student Association's International Competition, with the fastest time-trial posted throughout all of 2017. Here's the vehicle, all parts my own:

Tasked with creating the most efficient, deformation-resistant 'Tension Strap' possible (with only a sheet of acrylic and a laser-cutter), I manufactured both a fun and outstanding piece based on research, intuition, and some SolidWorks simulations.

The project was simple: use as little material as possible to create a simple beam that can support as much weight as possible.
